Magic Johnson: Maple City lands former EA manager
LA PORTE - It didn't take long for former Emery's Army manager Eric Johnson to find a new wiffleball home. Johnson signed with the Maple City Magic after his franchise folded.
Johnson, a seven-time All-Star, previously played with Maple City in Stevie's World of Wiffleball tournament in Ohio last fall.
With his managerial career seemingly over, Johnson finishes with a 123-105 record in six seasons. He was twice named Manager of the Year.
Johnson will wear #33 for Maple City.
